Employer and INTERNATIONAL BROTHERHOOD OF ELECTRICAL WORKERS, AFL-CIO, LOCAL UNION 177 Petitioner Case 12-RC-083370 DECISION AND CERTIFICATION OF REPRESENTATIVE The National Labor Relations Board has considered objections to an election held July 30, 2012, and the Acting Regional Director's Report recommending disposition of them. The election was conducted pursuant to a Stipulated Election Agreement. The tally of ballots shows 5 ballots cast for Petitioner, 3 ballots cast against the Petitioner, with no challenged ballots. No exceptions have been filed to the Acting Regional Director's report within the time provided. Accordingly, the Board adopts the Acting Regional Director's findings and recommendations, and finds that a certification of representative should be issued. 2 CERTIFICATION OF REPRESENTATIVE IT IS CERTIFIED that a majority of the valid ballots have been cast for International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers, AFL-CIO, Local Union 177 and that it is the exclusive collective-bargaining representative of the employees in the following appropriate unit: All full-time and regular part-time electricians, apprentices, and helpers employed by the Employer at its facility located 12627 San Jose Blvd., Suite 901, Jacksonville, Florida; excluding all other employees, managers, confidential employees, employees related to the owner, guards and supervisors as defined in the Act.
