ORDERED that judgment be entered against Rizk for Count 1, the 2
sole count, of Interference 105,699 (Paper 1 at 4); 3
FURTHER ORDERED that claims 1-15 of Rizk’s involved U.S. 4
Patent 6,263,804, which correspond to Count 1 (Paper 1 at 4, Paper 106 at 5
2), are CANCELLED, 35 U.S.C. § 135(a); 6
FURTHER ORDERED that the parties shall note the requirements 7
of 35 U.S.C. § 135(c) and Bd. R. 205; and 8
FURTHER ORDERED that a copy of this judgment be entered in 9
the administrative records of the involved Rizk Patent 6,263,804 and 10
Neugebauer Application 10/962,430. 11
