Judgment
Whereas Yasuhiro Negoro, the junior party, has filed a
request for entry of an adverse judgment, pursuant to 37 CFR
1.662(a) judgment as to the subject matter of count 1, the only
count in issue, is hereby awarded to Tetsuo Fujii, the senior
party. Accordingly, the junior party Negoro is not entitled to
its patent containing claims 1-3, 5-7, 9, 11, 12, 14, 15, 17 and
19 corresponding to count 1.
