By virtue of and pursuant to the power vested in the National
Labor Relations Board by Section 9 (c) of the National Labor Rela-
tions Act, 49 Stat 449, and pursuant to Article III, Sections 8 and 9,
of National Labor Relations Board Rules and Regulations-Series 2,
as amended,
IT IS HERLtY CERTIFIED that Screen Office & Professional Employees
Guild, Local 109, affiliated with UOPWA, C I 0, has been desig-
nated and selected by a majority of all office, cleiical, secretarial, and
acouiiting employees at the New York Exchange Office of National
-Screen Service Corporation, New York City, excluding executives,
officers, traveling auditors, lawyers, supervisory employees having the
power to hire and discharge of the duty to make recommendations
concerning the hiring and discharging of employees, wage incieases,
or other adjustments of working conditions, publicists, and salesmen,
as their representative for the purposes of collective bargaining, and
that, pursuant to Section 9 (a) of the Act, Screen Office & Profes-
sional Employees Guild, Local 109, affiliated with UOPWA, C I 0,
is the exclusive repiesentative of all such employees for the purposes
of collective baigainuig in iespect to rates of pay, wages,i,hours' of
employment, and other conditions of employment
IT IS IIEREBY FURTHER CERTIFIED that Scieen Office & Professional
Employees Guild, Local 109, affiliated with UOPWA, C I O , has

tarial, and accounting employees at the Home Office of National Screen
Service Corporation, New York City, excluding executives, officers,
traveling auditors, lawyers, supervisory employees having the power to
hire and discharge or the duty to make recommendations concerning
the hiring and discharging of employees, wage increases, or other ad-
justments of working conditions, publicists, and salesmen, as their
representative for the purposes of collective bargaining, and that pur-
