DECISION
AND
ORDER
Upon a petition duly filed, hearing in this case was held at San
Francisco, California, on April 16, 1948, before Benjamin B. Law,
hearing officer.
Pursuant to the provisions of Section 3 (b) of the National Labor
Relations Act, the Board has delegated its powers in connection with
this case to a three-man panel consisting of the undersigned Board
Members.*
The Petitioner is not now in compliance with Section 9 (f), (g),
and (h) of the Act, as amended. We shall, therefore, dismiss the
petition herein without considering the merits thereof and without
prejudice to the right of the Intervenor to file a petition in its own
behalf.
ORDER
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the petition filed in the instant matter be,
and it hereby is, dismissed.
