Opinion by Quinn, Administrative Trademark Judge: The Board, in a decision dated March 11, 2009, affirmed the refusals to register. Applicant filed, on September 17, 2010, a paper captioned “Request for Reconsideration,” accompanied by exhibits. Trademark Rule 2.144 provides that any request for reconsideration of a final decision must be filed within one month from the date of the decision. See TBMP §1219.01 THIS OPINION IS NOT A PRECEDENT OF THE TTAB Serial No. 77018545 2 (2d ed. rev. 2004). The present request was filed more than eighteen months after the final decision. Accordingly, the request for reconsideration is manifestly late, and it will be given no consideration. The application stands abandoned, and the appeal stands terminated.
