AMENDMENT TO DECISION
AND
CERTIFICATION OF REPRESENTATIVES

The Board issued, on August 28, 1939, a Direction of Election,'
on September 12, 1939, an Amendment to Direction of Election 2 and
on September 26, 1939, a Decision and Certification of Representatives 2
.in the above-entitled cases . One of the parties to the proceedings,
,.Samuel Goldwyn Studios, was designated in the record as Samuel
"Goldwyn Productions, and the Board in its Decision and Certifica-
tion of Representatives referred to Samuel Goldwyn Studios as
Samuel Goldwyn Productions. Thereafter the parties to the pro-
,ceedings stipulated that the party referred to in the Decision and
Certification of Representatives as Samuel Goldwyn Productions is,
in fact, Samuel Goldwyn Studios, and that the Board might issue
an .amendment to its Decision and Certification of Representatives
changing the designation from Samuel Goldwyn Productions to
Samuel Goldwyn Studios.
The Board hereby amends its Decision and Certification of Repre-
sentatives in the above-entitled cases by deleting therefrom the name
Samuel Goldwyn Productions, wherever it may appear in the De-
cision and Certification of Representatives, and by substituting
therefor the name Samuel Goldwyn Studios.
