Applicant, by and through its attorneys, pursuant to TBMP § 1203.02(d),
respectfully requests a sixty (60) day extension of time in which to file its appeal brief
in the above-identified ex parte appeal. This request is not made for the purpose of
delay.
Applicant submits that there is good cause for granting the extension due to
Applicant’s counsel’s schedule and the press of other litigation business. Accordingly,
Applicant respectfully makes this requests for an extension in which to file its brief. If
the extension is denied, Applicant respectfully requests that the time for filing its brief
be reset for a reasonable time for Applicant to prepare and file its brief.
