Case 'No. R-4070 CERTIFICATION OF' REPRESENTATIVES October 10, 194 On August 26, 1942, the National Labor Relations Board issued a Decision and Direction of Election,' and on September 15, 1942, an Amendment to Decision and Direction of Election, in. the above- entitled proceeding.' Pursuant to-the Decision and Direction of Election, as amended, an election by secret ballot was conducted on September 24, 1942, under the direction and supervision of the Re- gional Director for the First Region (Boston, Massachusetts). On September 26, 1942, the Regional Director, acting pursuant to Article III, Section 9, of National Labor Relations Board Rules and Regula- tions-Series 2, as amended, issued an Election Report, copies of Which were duly served upon the parties. No objections to the con- duct of the ballot or 'to the Election Report have been filed by, any of the parties. B, No 203. 1064 MOORE DROP FORGING COMPANY 1065 IT IS HEREBY CERTIFIED that International Brotherhood of Black- smiths; Drop Forgers and Helpers (A: F. of L.) has been designated and selected by a majority of all production employees in the Chicopee and Brightwood forging departments of the Company, including the forgers, second forgers, forge helpers, upsetter operators, set-up men, inspectors, roll operators, blacksmiths, furnace operators, furnace operators' helpers, heat treaters, steel hands, forge truckers, welders, shearmen, picklers, sand blasters, and forge masons of the Moore Drop Forging Company, Springfield, Massachusetts, but excluding execu- tives, foremen, and other supervisory and clerical employees, as their representative for the-purposes of collective bargaining, and that pursuant to the provisions of Section 9 (a) of the National Labor Relations Act, International Brotherhood of Blacksmiths, Drop Forgers and Helpers (A. F. of L.) is the exclusive representative of all such employees for the purpose of collective bargaining with respect to rates of pay, wages, hours of employment, and other conditions of employment.
