On March 10, 1941, the Regional Director, acting pursuant to Article III, Section 9, of National Labor Relations Board Rules and Regulations-Series 2, as amended, prepared and duly served upon the parties an Election Report, setting forth the results of the balloting as follows : Total Number of Eligible Employees_________________________ 722 Total Number of Ballots Cast______________________________ 701 Total Number of Valid Ballots_______________________________ 693 Total Number of Votes in favor of United: Electrical, Radio & Machine Workers of America, Local No. 431, C. B., No. 91. 619 , 620 DECISIONS OF NATIONAL LABOR RELATIONS BOARD IT IS HEREBY CERTIFIED that United Electrical, Radio & Machine Workers of America, Local No. 431, affiliated with the Congress of Industrial Organizations, has been designated and selected by a ma- jority of the production and maintenance employees of Monroe Cal- culating Machine Company, Orange, New Jersey, including time- keepers and truck drivers, but excluding superintendents, assistant superintendents, foremen, assistant foremen, supervisory employees generally, and office and clerical workers, as their representative for the purposes of collective bargaining, and that, pursuant to Section 9 (a) of the Act," United Electrical, Radio & Machine Workers of America, Local No. 431, affiliated with the Congress of Industrial Organizations, is the exclusive representative of all such employees for the purposes of collective bargaining with respect to rates of pay, wages, hours of employment, and other conditions of employment.
