B-814 and C-1141 CERTIFICATION OF REPRESENTATIVES January 30, 1940 On July 30, 1938, the National Labor Relations - Board, herein called the Board, issued' a Decision and Direction of Election in the above-entitled proceedings.' On August 13, 1938, the Board issued an amendment to the Direction of Election, directing that the elec- tion shall be held "at such time as the Board may in the future direct." 2 Subsequently, after further hearing in the proceedings, the Board on Septelilber 7, 1939, issued a Decision, Order and Second Direction of Election in the Proceedings,' and on December 28, 1939, issued an Amended Direction of Election 4 Pursuant to the Second Direction of Election in the proceedings,' and on December 28, 1939, conducted on January 12, 1940, under the direction and supervision of the Regional Director for the Fourth Region. On January 15, 1940, the said Regional Director, acting pursuant to Article III, Sec- tion 9, of National Labor Relations Board Rules and Regulations- Series 2, issued and duly served upon the parties his Election Report. No objections to the conduct of the ballot or to the Election Report have been filed by any of the parties. Relations Board Rules and Regulations-Series 2, IT IS,,}IERFBY CERTIFIED that Amalgamated Clothing Workers of America affiliated with the Congress of Industrial Organizations, has been designated by a majority of all the production employees at the Millville, New Jersey, plant of Model Blouse Co., Elias Savada, individually and doing business under the firm name and style of Model Blouse CO., also doing business under the firm name and style of Savada Brothers, including inspectors and packers, but excluding foremen and foreladies and other supervisory employees, janitors, truck' drivers, mechanics, office help, and employees in the shipping department, as their representative for the purposes of collective bargaining, and that,, pursuant to the provisions of Section 9 (a) of the National. Labor Relations Act, Amalgamated Clothing Workers of America, affiliated with the Congress of Industrial Organizations, is the exclusive representative of all such employees for the purposes of collective bargaining in respect to rates of pay, wages, hours of employment, and other conditions of employment.
