ORDER
Counsel for the General Counsel’s Motion to Strike Respondent’s
Exceptions, Brief in Support of Exceptions, and Supplement to Post Hearing Brief
is denied. Although the Respondent’s exceptions and supporting brief are not
fully compliant with Section 102.46 (b) of the National Labor Relations Board’s
Rules & Regulations, they are not so deficient as to warrant rejection. The
remaining issue will be reviewed as part of Respondent’s exceptions to the
Administrative Law Judge’s grant of Counsel for the General Counsel’s motion to
strike Respondent’s Supplement to Post Hearing Brief.
