WOMACK Petitioner and UNITED FOOD & COMMERCIAL WORKERS LOCAL 655 Union ORDER The Employer's Request for Review of the Acting Regional Director's Decision and Direction of Election and Decision on Objections and Certification of Representative is denied as it raises no substantial issues warranting review.1 LAUREN McFERRAN, CHAIRMAN WILLIAM J. EMANUEL, MEMBER JOHN F. RING, MEMBER Dated, Washington, D.C., June 4, 2021. 1 In denying review, we find it unnecessary to pass on Objection 2, which alleges that the Region failed to send employee Chowtrow a duplicate voter kit. As we are denying review on all other counts, including the Employer’s objections that allege that the Region improperly failed to count the ballot of employee Zeigler and to ensure that employee Butler received a duplicate ballot kit, Chowtrow’s vote could not change the outcome of the election.
