ORDER
Petitioner’s Motion to Vacate the Board’s May 24,
2001 Decision and Direction of Second Elections is
granted. The parties entered into a settlement agreement
in April 2001 containing a labor relations accord, volun-
tary recognition procedures, and other provisions of
common concern to the SEIU and the Employer. In the
settlement agreement, the Petitioner agreed to withdraw,
inter alia, its petitions in the instant cases. Accordingly,
based on the parties’ settlement agreement, the Peti-
tioner’s motion herein, and the Employer’s response to
the Board’s September 14, 2001 Notice to Show Cause,
the Board’s decision of May 24, 2001, reported at 334
NLRB 100 is vacated. See Caterpillar, Inc., 332 NLRB
1116 (2000). By direction of the Board.
