L.) • Gass No.'RE-43 SUPPLEMENTAL DECISION AND CERTIFICATION OF REPRESENTATIVES September 17, 194 On August 7,-1942, the National Labor Relations Board issued 'a Decision and Direction of Election in the above-entitled proceeding.' Pursuant to the Direction of Election, an election by secret ballot was conducted on August 21, 1942, under the direction and supervision of ,the Regional Director for the Thirteenth Region (Chicago, Illinois)., On August 21, 1942, the. Regional Director, acting pursuant to Article III, Section 9, of National Labor Relations Board Rules and Regular tions-Series 2, as amended, issued and duly served upon the parties an Election Report. No objections to the conduct of the ballot or the Election Report have been filed by any of the parties. I. 0--------------------------- 59 Votes cast for neither-------------------------------------- 4 On August 27, 1942, Liquor Workers Union, Local No. 3, Distillery, Rectifying and Wine Workers International Union of America, an organization not a party to this proceeding, filed a petition to set aside 1 42 N. On August 29, 1942, the same organization presented to the Board additional information in support of its petition. The Board has duly considered the petition and hereby denies it. By virtue of and pursuant to the power vested in the National Labor Relations Board by Section 9 (c) of the National Labor Relations Act, 49 Stat. 449, and pursuant to Article III, Sections 8 and 9, of National Labor Relations Board Rules and Regulations-Series 2, as amended IT IS HEREBY CERTIFIED that Warehouse and Distribution Workers Union, Local 208, I. L. W. U., C. I. 0., has been designated and selected by a majority of all employees of the Fuller-Morrison Division of McKesson & Robbins, Inc., Chicago, Illinois, including watchmen, but excluding supervisory employees, as their representative for the pur- poses of collective bargaining, and that, pursuant to Section 9 (a) of the Act, Warehouse and Distribution Workers Union, Local 208, I. L. W. U., C. I. 0., is the exclusive representative of all such em- ployees for the purposes of collective bargaining in respect to rates of pay, wages, hours of employment, and other conditions of employment.
