The election was conducted pursuant to a Stipulated Election Agreement. The tally of ballots shows 4 ballots cast for the Petitioner, 1 ballot cast for United Union of Security Guards, Local 555 (SPFPA), 46 ballots cast for Governed United Security Professionals, and 0 ballots cast against the participating labor 2 organizations. There were 0 void ballots and 0 challenged ballots, an insufficient number to affect the results. No exceptions have been filed to the Regional Director's report within the time provided. Accordingly, the Board adopts the Regional Director's findings and recommendations, and finds that a certification of representative should be issued. CERTIFICATION OF REPRESENTATIVE IT IS CERTIFIED that a majority of the valid ballots have been cast for Governed United Security Professionals and that it is the exclusive collective-bargaining representative of the employees in the following appropriate unit: All full-time and regular armed security officers employed by the Employer pursuant to its Government Contracts for uniformed security services at the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development building located at 451 7th Street SW, Washington, DC; but excluding all office clerical employees, lieutenants, captains, professional employees, managerial employees, and supervisors as defined in the Act.
