Case No. R-2247 SUPPLEMENTAL DECISION AND ORDER March 24, 1941 On January 28, 1941 , the National Labor Relations Board , herein called the -- Board, issued a Decision and Direction of Election in the above -entitled proceeding ." Pursuant to the Direction of Elec- tion, an election by secret ballot was conducted on February 12, 1941, under the direction and supervision of the Regional Director for the Eighteenth Region ( Minneapolis , Minnesota ). On' February 13, 1941 , the Regional Director , acting pursuant to Article III, Section 9 , of National Labor Relations Board Rules and Regula- tions-Series 2, as amended , issued and duly served upon the parties an Election . A. M., filed Objections to Election Report with the Regional Director. On March 14, 1941, the Re- gional Director filed his report on Objections finding that the objec- tions raised no material issues inasmuch as they had been withdrawn by the I. A. The petition for investigation and certification of representatives of employees of Mahoney Motor Company, Sioux City, Iowa, will therA- fore be dismissed. ORDER By virtue of Section 9 (c)_ of the National Labor Relations Act, 49 Stat. 449, and pursuant to Article III, Sections 8 and 9, of Na- tional Labor Relations.- Board Rules and Regulations-Series 2. as amended, IT Is HEREBY ORDERED that the petition for investigation and certi- fication of representatives of employees of Mahoney Motor Company, Sioux City, Iowa, filed by Lodge No. 1426, International Association of Machinists, be, and it hereby is, dismissed.
