The election was conducted pursuant to a Stipulated Election Agreement. The tally of ballots shows 5 ballots cast for and 4 ballots cast against the Petitioner, with 0 void ballots and 0 challenged ballots, an insufficient number to affect the results. No exceptions have been filed to the Regional Director's report within the time provided. Accordingly, the Board adopts the Regional Director's findings and recommendations, and finds that a certification of representative should be issued. 2 CERTIFICATION OF REPRESENTATIVE IT IS CERTIFIED that a majority of the valid ballots have been cast for Community and Social Agency Employees Union, District Council 1707, American Federation of State, County and Municipal Employees, AFL-CIO and that it is the exclusive collective-bargaining representative of the employees in the following appropriate unit: All full-time and regular-time case managers and cooks employed by the Employer at its Community House Program located at 357 9th Street, Brooklyn, New York, but excluding al confidential employees, guards and supervisors as defined in Section 2(11) of the Act.
