Respondent Lutheran Homes of Michigan, Inc. d/b/a Wellspring Lutheran
Services’ (Wellspring) and Respondent Metro Man IV, LLC d/b/a Fountain Bleu Health
and Rehabilitation Center, Inc.’s (Fountain Bleu) motions for summary judgment are
denied.1 The Respondents have failed to establish that there are no genuine issues of
material fact warranting a hearing and that they are entitled to judgment as a matter of
law.
