1The Employer’s Motion to Amend Unit Definition is also denied. The Employer seeks
to exclude “travel crews” from the description of the appropriate bargaining unit
description. However, as the Regional Director stated, the parties stipulated at the
hearing that employees assigned to travel crews are excluded from the unit, and therefore
we find it unnecessary to revise the unit description.
