Case No. R-33692 CERTIFICATION OF REPRESENTATIVES February 28,1942 On January 12, 1942, the National Labor Relations Board issued its Decision and Direction of Election" in the above-entitled proceed- ing. Pursuant to the Direction of Election, an election by secret bal- lot was conducted on February 3, 1942, under the direction and super- vision of the Regional Director for the Fifth Region (Baltimore, Maryland). On February 5, 1942, the Regional Director, acting pur- suant to Article III, Section 9, of National Labor Relations Board Rules and, Regulations-Series 2, as amended, issued and duly served -upon the parties an Election Report. No other objections to the conduct of the elec- tion or the Election Report have been filed by any of the parties. B., No. 67 398 LE HIGH PORTLAND CEMENT CO. 399 IT Is HEREBY CERTinm that Lime & Gypsum Workers, Local No. 167, affiliated with the American Federation of Labor, has been designated and selected by a majority of all maintenance, production, and laboratory employees of Lehigh Portland Cement Company, at the Fordwick plant, but excluding all supervisory, clerical, and temporary miscellaneous, employees as their representative for the purposes of collective bargaining, and that, pursuant to the provisions of Section 9 (a) of the National Labor Relations Act, Lime & Gypsum Workers, Local No. 167, affiliated with the American Federation of Labor, is the exclusive representative of all such employees for the purposes of collective bargaining with respect to rates of pay, wages, hours of employment, and other conditions of employment. 448105-42-vol. 39-27 Copy with citationCopy as parenthetical citation
