DECISION AND DIRECTION
The National Labor Relations Board has considered a challenged ballot in an
election held April 21, 2014, and the Regional Director's report recommending disposition
of it. The election was conducted pursuant to a Stipulated Election Agreement. The tally
of ballots shows 2 ballots cast for and 1 ballot cast against the Petitioner, with 1
challenged ballot, a sufficient number to affect the results.
No exceptions have been filed to the Regional Director's report within the time
provided. Accordingly, the Board adopts the Regional Director's findings and
recommendations.

DIRECTION
IT IS DIRECTED that the Regional Director for Region 13 shall, within 14 days of
this direction, open and count the ballot of Carol Allen, and thereafter prepare and serve
on the parties a revised tally of ballots, and issue the appropriate certification.
