ORDER DENYING SPECIAL APPEAL1
The Petitioner has requested that the Board set aside the Acting Regional
Director’s Order Rescheduling Hearing in this case, on the grounds that the
Acting Regional Director should have granted the Petitioner’s request for a
postponement of the hearing in this case to February 28, 2011.
Having duly considered the matter, the Board denies the Petitioner’s
request and accordingly sustains the Acting Regional Director’s rescheduling of
the hearing to February 14, 2011.
