Case No. 11-2269 CERTIFICATION OF REPRESENTATIVES - April 24, 1941 On March 13, 1941, the National Labor Relations Board, herein called the Board, issued a Decision and Direction of Election in the above-entitled proceeding., Pursuant to the Direction of Election, an election by secret ballot was conducted on April 2, 1941, under the direction and supervision of the Regional Director for the Second Region (New York City). On April 4, 1941, the Regional Director, acting pursuant to Article III, Section 9, of National Labor Relations ,Board Rules and Regulations-Series 2, as amended, issued and duly served upon the parties an Election Report on the ballot. B., No. 49 318 KAHN & FELDMAN, INC . 319 ' - I IT IS HEREBY CERTIFIED that United Textile Workers of America, affiliated with the American Federation of Labor, has been, designated and selected by a majority of all employees at the Brooklyn plant and warehouse of Kahn & Feldman, Inc., Brooklyn, New York, excluding executives, managers, superintendents, -foremen, assistant foremen, salesmen, and office help, as their representative for the purposes of collective bargaining, and that, pursuant to Section 9 (a) of the Act, United Textile Workers of America, affiliated with the American Fed- eration of Labor, is the exclusive representative of all such employees for the purposes of collective bargaining in respect to rates of pay, wages, hours of employment, and other conditions of employment.
