CERTIFICATION OF REPRESENTATIVES

On June 5, 1942, the'National Labor Relations Board, herein called
the Board, issued its Decision and Direction of Election,, and on July
14, 1942, issued a Second Direction of Election, in the above-entitled
proceeding.2 Pursuant to the Second Direction of Election, a Run-Off
Election was conducted on July 30, 1942, under the direction and
supervision of the Regional Director for the Third*RegiOi (Buffalo,
New York). On Jule 31, 1942, the RegionalDirector, acting pursuant
to Article III, Section 9, of National Labor Relations ,Board Rules
and Regulations-Series 2, as amended, issued a Report on the Run-
Off Election, copies of which were duly served upon the parties. No
objections to the conduct of the ballot or to the Election Report were
filed by any of the parties.
As to the balloting in the run-off election, the Regional Directo,.'

Act, 49 Stat. 449, and pursuant to Article III, Sections 8 and 9, of
National Labor Relations Board Rules and Regulations-Series 2,
as amended,
IT IS HEREBY CERTIFIED that United Textile Workers of America,
affiliated with the American Federation of Laboi, has been designated

and selected by a majority of all production and maintenance employee3
of Julius Kayser & Co., Walton, New York, exclusive of supervisory,
office, and clerical personnel, as their representative for the purpose:,
of collective bargaining, and that, pursuant to the provisions of
Section 9 (a) of the National Labor Relations Act, United Textile
Workers of America, affiliated with the American Federation of
Labor, is the exclusive representative of all, such employees for the
purposes of collective bargaining with respect to rates of pay, wages,
hours of employment, and other conditions of, employment.
