Case No. R-3762 CERTIFICATION OF REPRESENTATIVES August 17, 1942 On June 5, 1942, the'National Labor Relations Board, herein called the Board, issued its Decision and Direction of Election,, and on July 14, 1942, issued a Second Direction of Election, in the above-entitled proceeding.2 Pursuant to the Second Direction of Election, a Run-Off Election was conducted on July 30, 1942, under the direction and supervision of the Regional Director for the Third*RegiOi (Buffalo, New York). On Jule 31, 1942, the RegionalDirector, acting pursuant to Article III, Section 9, of National Labor Relations ,Board Rules and Regulations-Series 2, as amended, issued a Report on the Run- Off Election, copies of which were duly served upon the parties. No objections to the conduct of the ballot or to the Election Report were filed by any of the parties.
