Case No. R-2464 CERTIFICATION OF REPRESENTATIVES June 9, 1941 On April 21, 1941, the National Labor Relations Board, herein called the Board, issued a Decision and Direction of Election in the above-entitled proceeding.-, Pursuant to the Direction of Elec- tion an election by secret ballot was conducted on May 20, 1941, under the direction and supervision of the Regional Director for the Fourth Region (Philadelphia, Pennsylvania). On May 22, 1941, the Re- gional Director, acting pursuant to Article III, Section 9, of Na- tional Labor Relations Board Rules and Regulations-Series 2, as amended, issued and duly served upon the parties an Election Re- port on the ballot. No objections to the conduct of the ballot or the Election Report have been filed by any of the parties. I. 0., has been designated 131 N L R.B 160. 32 N L. R. B., No 90 449 450 DECISIONS OF NATIONAL LABOR RELATIONS BOARD and selected by a majority of all production and maintenance work- ers employed at the Trenton, New Jersey, and Roebling, New Jersey, plants of John A. Roebling's Sons Company, excluding foremen, assistant foremen, guards, and salaried personnel, at the Trenton, New Jersey, and Roebling, New Jersey plants owned and operated by the Company, and further excluding locomotive engineers, fire- men, hostlers, conductors, and brakemen employed at the Roebling, New Jersey, plant, as their representative for the purposes of col- lective bargaining, and that, pursuant to Section 9 (a) of the Act, Steel Workers Organizing Committee, Locals 2110 and 2111, affiliated with the C. I. 0., is the exclusive representative of all such em- ployees for the purposes of collective bargaining in respect to rates of pay, wages, hours of employment, and other conditions of employment.
