ORDER DENYING MOTION FOR RECONSIDERATON
The Union’s Motion for Reconsideration of the Board’s Order denying the
Union’s Motion for pre-screening of the filing of a charge by Mr. Lopez is denied.
The Board has no authority regarding the General Counsel’s prosecutorial
function of accepting, processing, or investigating unfair labor practice charges.
Instead, the authority concerning those functions rests solely with the General
Counsel.
