Case No. R-1585 CERTIFICATION OF REPRESENTATIVES December 1, 1939 On November 6, 1939, the National Labor Relations Board, herein called the Board, issued its Decision and Direction of Election 1 in the above-entitled proceedings. Pursuant to the Direction of Election, an election by secret ballot was conducted on November 13, 15, and 17, 1939, under the direction and supervision of the Regional Director for the Eighth Region (Cleveland, Ohio). On November 20, 1939, the Regional Director, acting pursuant to Article III, Section 9, of National Labor Relations Board Rules and Regulations-Series 2, issued and duly served upon the parties an Election Report. No objections to the conduct of the ballot or the Election Report have been filed by any of the parties.
