On September 28, 2015, the Board denied Charged Party International Union of
Operating Engineers, Local 18’s (Local 18) Petition to Revoke an investigatory subpoena
duces tecum issued by Region 8 in April. On September 29, Local 18 filed a Motion to
Make Charged Party’s Petition to Revoke Subpoena, Region 8’s Response in Opposition
Thereto, Region 8’s Order Referring the Matter to the Board, and the Board’s Decision
Thereto Part of the Record. On October 22, the Region filed a Memorandum in
Opposition.
Local 18’s motion is denied without prejudice to renewal at the appropriate time in
a formal proceeding.
