On July 2, 2018, the Respondent filed with the National Labor Relations Board
a Motion to Amend the Respondent’s Answer to the Amended Complaint pursuant to
Section 102.23 of the Board’s Rules and Regulations. On July 9, 2018, the General
Counsel filed an Opposition to the Respondent’s Motion, and on July 13, 2018, the
Respondent filed a Reply to the General Counsel’s Opposition.
Having duly considered the matter, we grant the Respondent’s Motion to Amend
its Answer to the Amended Complaint.
