REQUEST FOR ENTRY OF DISCLAIMER
In its decision dated July 6, 2017, the Board affirmed the
Trademark Office’s refusal to register Applicant IM Brands,
LLC’s mark ISAAC MIZRAHI CRAFT absent disclaimer of “CRAFT.”
Applicant now desires to amend its application to enter a
disclaimer of “CRAFT” pursuant to 37 C.F.R. § 2.142(g) and
Section 1218 of the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board Manual of
Procedure (June 2017). Accordingly, Applicant hereby requests
that the Board reopen the subject application for entry of the
following disclaimer under Section 6 of the Trademark Act,
15 U.S.C. § 1056:
No claim is made to the exclusive right to
use “CRAFT” apart from the mark as shown.
As the concerns of the Examining Attorney and the Trademark
Trial and Appeal Board have been satisfied, Applicant
