The election was conducted pursuant to a Decision and Direction of Election. The tally of ballots and corrected tally of ballots show 11 ballots cast for the Union and 9 ballots cast against the participating labor organization. There were 0 void ballots and 2 challenged ballots, a sufficient number to affect the results.1 1 The Board agent conducting the election challenged the ballots of Gredshen Del Cristo and Maryorie Costoso because their names did not appear on the list of eligible voters. 2 No exceptions have been filed to the hearing officer's report within the time provided. Accordingly, the Board adopts the hearing officer's findings and recommendations.2 DIRECTION IT IS DIRECTED that the Regional Director for Region 12 shall, within 14 days of this direction, open and count the ballots of Gredshen Del Cristo and Maryorie Costoso, and thereafter prepare and serve on the parties a revised tally of ballots, and issue the appropriate certification.
