DECISION AND ORDER
The National Labor Relations Board has considered objections and a
determinative challenged ballot in an election held June 15, 2010, and the Acting Regional
Director's report recommending disposition of them. By Erratum, dated July 19, 2010, the
Acting Regional Director corrected her report in certain repects. The election was
conducted pursuant to a Stipulated Election Agreement. The tally of ballots shows 3
ballots cast for and 3 ballots cast against the Petitioner, with 1 challenged ballot, a
sufficient number to affect the results.
No exceptions have been filed to the Acting Regional Director's report within the
time provided. Accordingly, the Board adopts the Acting Regional Director's findings and
recommendations.
ORDER
IT IS ORDERED that this proceeding is remanded to the Regional Director for
Region 20 for further appropriate action consistent with the Acting Regional Director's
report.
