Pursuant to the Direction of Election , an elec- tion by secret ballot was conducted on June 6, 1941 , under the direction and supervision of the Regional Director for the Third Region (Buf- falo, New York ). On June 7, 1941, the Regional Director , acting pursuant to Article III, Section 9, of National Labor Relations Board Rules and Regulations-Series 2, as amended, issued and duly served upon the parties an Election Report on the ballot . B., No. 164 1018 HEWITT RUBBER CORPORATION 1019 zations, has been designated and selected by a majority of all produc- tion and maintenance employees of Hewitt Rubber Corporation, Buffalo, New York, including employees in the fuel tank department, but excluding executives, supervisory employees, and office employees, as their representative for the purposes of collective bargaining, and that, pursuant to Section 9 (a) of the Act, United Rubber Workers of America, Local Union No. 188, affiliated with the Congress of Indus- trial Organizations, is the exclusive representative of all such em- ployees for the purposes of collective bargaining in respect to rates of pay, wages, hours of employment, and other conditions of employment.
