ORDER AMENDING DECISION AND ORDER
March 27, 1940
On November 28, 1939, the National Labor Relations Board, herein
called the Board, issued a Decision and Order in the above-entitled
proceedings.' Thereafter, Henry Levaur, Inc., Colt-Brady Company,
and Bradburn Motors Company, the respondents herein, Interna-
tional Association of Machinists, Local,#1017 (AFL). and-counsel
for the Board entered into an Amendment to Stipulations, providing
for the striking from Paragraph VIII of each of certain stipula-
tions set forth in the aforesaid Decision of the words, "Page 20,
Line 21", and substituting therefor the words, "Page 21, Line 21";
consenting to an amendment to said Decision and Order for the pur-
pose of making said changes; and waiving all notice or service of
such amendment. On March 26, 1940, the Board issued its order
approving the Amendment to Stipulations and making it, a part
of the record in the above-entitled proceedings.
IT Is HEREBY ORDERED that the Decision of November 28, 1939,' be,
and the same hereby is, amended by striking from' Pa'ra:grapl^VIII
of each of the stipulations set forth in the aforesaid Decision the
words, "Page 20, Line 21", and substituting therefor the words,
"Page 21, Line 21".
