Case: 30-CA-087881 SUPPLEMENTAL ORDER A controversy having arisen over the amounts of backpay due the discriminatees under the terms of the Order1 issued by the National Labor Relations Board on May 2, 2013, the Acting Regional Director for Region 30,2 on July 30, 2013, issued a Compliance Specification and Notice of Hearing. Pursuant thereto, a hearing was held before Administrative Law Judge Melissa M. Olivero. Thereafter, on December 11, 2013, the Administrative Law Judge issued her Supplemental Decision and, on the same date, the proceeding was transferred to and continued before the Board in Washington, D.C. The Administrative Law Judge determined the amounts of backpay due the discriminatee and recommended that the Respondent pay such amounts. No statement of exceptions having been filed with the Board, and the time allowed for such filing having expired, Pursuant to Section 10(c) of the National Labor Relations Act, as amended and Section 102.48 of the National Labor Relations Board Rules and Regulations, the Board adopts the findings and conclusions of the Administrative Law Judge as contained in her Supplemental Decision, and orders that the Respondent, Greenheck Fan Corporation, its officers, agents, 1 The unpublished Order adopts the Administrative Law Judge's findings and conclusions. 2 Region 30 is now a Subregion of Region 18 in Minneapolis, Minnesota. 2 successors, and assigns, shall pay the amounts set forth in the recommended Order of the Administrative Law Judge.
