I. O. Case' No. 'R-3160 CERTIFICATION OF REPRESENTATIVES January 29, 1942 On December 10, 1941, the National Labor Relations Board issued its Decision and Direction of Elections in the above-entitled proceed- ing.1 Pursuant to the Direction of Elections, elections by secret ballot were conducted on December 30, 1941, under the direction and supervision of the Regional Director for the Eighth Region (Cleveland, Ohio). On December 31, 1941, the Acting Regional Director, acting pursuant to Article III, Section 9, of the National Labor Relations Board Rules and Regulations-Series 2, as amended, issued an Election Report, copies of which were duly served upon the parties. No objections to the conduct of the ballot or to the Elec- tion Report were filed by any of the parties. I. O. has been selected by a majority of all timekeepers working in the factory and all factory clerks of General Motors Corporation, Cleveland Diesel Engine Division, Cleveland, Ohio, excluding Walerius, Joseph Vranna, and Elmer Gibbons, and the expediters, as their representative for the purposes of collective bargaining, and that, pursuant to the provisions of Sec- tion 9 (a) of the National Labor Relations Act, International Union, United Automobile, Aircraft and Agricultural Implement Workers of America, Local Union 207, affiliated with the C. I. O. is the exclu- sive representative of all such employees for the purposes of collective bargaining with respect to rates of pay, wages, hours of employment, and other conditions of employment. IT IS HEREBY CERTIFIED that International Union, United Automobile Aircraft and Agricultural Implement Workers of America, Local Union 207, affiliated with the C. I. O. has been selected by a majority of all powerhouse employees of the General Motors Corporation, Cleve- land Diesel Engine Division, Cleveland, Ohio, excluding the chief engineer , as their representative for the purposes of collective bar- gaining, and that, pursuant to the provisions of Section 9 (a) of the National Labor Relations Act, International Union, United Automo- bile Aircraft and Agricultural Implement Workers of America, Local Union 207, affiliated with the C.
