ORDER
Counsel for the Acting General Counsel’s Motion that this case be remanded
to the Regional Director for approval of the Charging Party’s request to withdraw the
charge in light of the parties’ non-Board settlement agreement is granted.
Accordingly, this case is remanded to the Regional Director for Region 10 of the
National Labor Relations Board for further appropriate action.
