I?-&423 and R-2424 CERTIFICATION OF REPRESENTATIVES May 27, 1941 On April 28, 1941, the National Labor Relations Board issued a Decision and Direction of Elections in the above entitled pro- ceedings., Pursuant to the Direction, separate elections by secret ballot were conducted on May 2, 1941, under the direction and super- vision of the Regional Director for the Fourth Region (Philadelphia, Pennsylvania). On May 8, 1941, the Regional Director, acting pur- suant to Article III, Section 9, of National Labor Relations Board Rules and Regulations-Series 2, as amended, issued and duly served upon the parties an Election Report. No objections to the conduct of the ballot or the Election Report have been filed by any of the parties. F. of L., has been designated and selected by a majority of all employees in the warehouse department of General Chemical Company, Camden, New Jersey, including truck drivers, truck drivers' helpers, ware- housemen, platform men, shipping and receiving employees, and the two tractor drivers who are listed as yard employees, and garage mechanics, but excluding salaried supervisors, as their representative for the purposes of collective bargaining, and that, pursuant to Sec- tion 9 (a) of the National Labor Relations Act, International Brother- hood of Teamsters, Chauffeurs, Warehousemen and Helpers, Local 676, A. F. of L., is the exclusive representative of all such employees for the purposes of collective bargaining in respect to rates of pay, wages, hours of employment, and other conditions of employment; and IT IS HEREBY FURTHER CERTIFIED that United Mine Workers of America, District 50, C. I. 0., has been designated and selected by a majority of all production and maintenance employees of General Chemical Company, Camden, New Jersey, including watchmen and hourly rated working foremen, but excluding truck drivers, truck drivers' helpers, other employees of the warehouse department, lab- oratory employees, salaried supervisory and clerical employees, and the utility and safety man, as their representative for the purposes of collective bargaining, and that, pursuant to Section 9 (a) of the National Labor Relations Act, United Mine Workers of America, District 50, C. I. 0., is the exclusive representative of all such em- ployees for the purposes of collective bargaining in respect to the rates of pay, wages, hours of employment, and other conditions of employment.
