CERTIFICATION OF REPRESENTATIVES
December 24, 1941
On November 14, 1941, the National Labor Relations Board issued
a Decision and Direction of Election in the above-entitled proceed-
ings.' Pursuant to the Direction of Election an election by secret
ballot was conducted on December 4, 1941, under the direction and su-
pervision of the Regional Director for the Twentieth Region (San
Francisco, California). On December 6, 1941, the Regional Director,
acting pursuant to Article III, Section 9, of National Labor Rela-
tions ' Board Rules and Regulations-Series 2, as amended, issued
and duly served upon the parties an Election Report. No objections
to the conduct of the election or to the Election Report have been
filed by any of the parties.
As to the balloting and its results, the Regional Director reported
as follows :

lations Act, 49 Stat. 449, and pursuant to Article III, Sections 8 and
9, of National Labor Relations Board Rules and Regulations-Series
2, as amended,
IT IS HEREBY CERTIFIED that Lumber and Sawmill Workers Union,
Local #2732, A. F. L., has been designated and selected by a ma-

jority of the production and maintenance employees of Fruit Growers
Supply Company at its Hilt plant, Hilt, California, including em-
ployees in the sawmill, lathe mill, machine shop, electric shop, power-
house, yard and planing mill, box factory, train crew, bull gang,
,contract lumber handlers, police, and watchmen, but excluding super-
visory, clerical , office, and store employees, and the contractor in the
lathe mill , the conductor in the train crew, the carpenter foreman in
the bull gang , and the foreman in the box factory, as their repre-
sentative for the purposes of collective bargaining, and that, pursuant
to Section 9 (a) of the National Labor Relations Act, Lumber and
'Sawmill Workers Union, Local #2732 , A. F. L., is the exclusive
representative of all such employees for the purposes of collective
bargaining in respect to rates of, pay; wages , hours of employment,
and other conditions of employment.
