ORDER SETTING ASIDE FINDINGS AND ORDER
January 23, 1939
The Board having issued its findings and order in the above case
on December 22, 1937,1 and the Board having given due notice that
on this date, January 23, 1939, unless sufficient cause to the contrary
should then appear, it would vacate and set aside its findings and
order for the purpose of further proceedings before the Board; and
no sufficient cause to the contrary appearing; and the Board desiring
to take further proceedings in this matter;
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the findings and order of the Board in
this case made December 22, 1937, be, and they hereby are, set aside;
and that the Board shall take such further proceedings herein as it
may be advised are necessary or desirable.
MR. EDWIN S. SMITH took no part in the consideration of the
above Order Setting Aside Findings And Order.
