R-3913, R-3922, and R-3923, Respectvvely CERTIFICATION OF REPRESENTATIVES September 25, 1942 On Jii1y 21, 1942, the National Labor Relations Board issued a Decision and Direction of Elections in this proceeding. On August 19, 1942, the Board issued an Amendment to Direction of Elections.2' Pursuant to the Direction of Elections, as amended, separate elections by secret ballot were conducted on September 1, 1942, under the direc- tion and 'supervision of the Acting Regional Director for the Tenth Region (Atlanta, Georgia). On September 5, 1942, the Acting Re- gional Director, acting pursuant to Article III, Section,9, of National Labor Relations Board Rules and Regulations-Series 2, as amended, issued and duly served upon the parties a Report on Ordered Elections. No objections to the conduct of either election or to the Report on Ordered Elections have been filed by any of the parties.
