Case No. R-1120 CERTIFICATION OF REPRESENTATIVES November 30, 1939 On October 13, 1939, the National Labor Relations Board, herein called the Board, issued its Decision and Direction of Election in the above-entitled proceedings.' Pursuant to the Direction of Election, an election by secret ballot was conducted from October 30, 1939, through November 14, 1939, except on Sundays and Holidays, under the direction and supervision of the Regional Director for the First Region (Boston, Massachusetts). On November 15, 1939, the Regional Director, acting pursuant to Article III, Section 9, of Na- tional Labor Relations Board Rules and Regulations-Series 2, issued and duly served upon the parties an Election Report on the election. No Objections to the conduct of the ballot or the Election Report have been filed by any of the parties. IS HEREBY CERTIFIED that Commercial Telegraphers Union, Ma- rine Division, affiliated with the American Federation of Labor, has been designated and selected by a majority of all radio operators employed by Booth Fisheries Corporation, John Chisholm Vessels Company, General Seafoods Corporation, Haskins Fish Company, Trawler Hekla, Inc., Trawler Maris Stella., Inc., Massachusetts Trawling Co., R. O'Brien and Co.; Ocean Trawling Corporation, O'Hara Bros. Company, Inc., F. J. O'Hara and Sons, Inc., Portland Trawling Company, and Usen Trawling Company, as their repre- sentative for the purposes of collective bargaining, and that, pursuant to the provisions of Section 9 (a) of the Act, Commercial Telegra- phers Union, Marine Division, affiliated with the American Federa- tion of Labor, is the exclusive representative of all such employees for the purposes of collective bargaining in respect to rates of pay, wages, hours of employment, a.nd other conditions of employment.
