DECISION ON APPEAL Appellant1 appeals under 35 U.S.C. § 134(a) from the Examiner’s final rejection of claims 1-30, which are all the claims pending in this application. Appeal 2016-002734 Application 13/923,630 STATEMENT OF THE CASE Introduction Appellant’s invention relates to a system and method that “automatically prompt[s a] user through exploratively checking [whether it is] meeting the requirements stated” in 35 U.S.C. §§ 101, 102, 103, and 112. (June 21, 2013 Specification (“Spec.”), Abstract.) Claim 1 is illustrative, and is reproduced (with minor formatting changes) below: 1.
