On March 31 1999, the Board of Appeals and Interferences (Board) remanded the application to the examiner (Paper No. 22). On May 18, 1999, the examiner entered a paper (Paper No. 23), stating that claims 1-11 were allowed, and gave applicants 30 days to cancel the non-elected claims 12-38. On June 7, 1999, the Board received the application. Since claims 1-11, the claims on appeal, have been allowed, there are no issues on appeal. Appeal No. 1998-1662 Application No. 08/494,125 Accordingly it is ORDERED that the appeal filed April 14, 1997 (Paper No. 14) is terminated.
