DECISION ON APPEAL
Appellant appeals under 35 U.S.C. § 134(a) from the Examiner's
Final Rejection of claims 1--4 and 6-8. Appeal Br. 2. 2 Claims 12-19 have
been allowed. Final Act. 9. Claims 5, 9-11 and 20 have been cancelled. Id.
at 10-16 (Claims Appendix). We have jurisdiction under 35 U.S.C. § 6(b ).
We reverse.
