Appellants appeal under 35 U.S.C. § 134(a) from the Examiner’s decision
finally rejecting, under 35 U.S.C. §103(a), claims 1-7 as unpatentable over
Hisamichi (JP 01273312, published Nov. 1, 1989) in view of Badura et al. (US
6,639,234 B1, issued Oct. 28, 2003), and claims 8-15 as unpatentable over the
same references, further in view of Myron (US 4,736,107, issued Apr. 5, 1988).
We have jurisdiction under 35 U.S.C. § 6(b).
We sustain the above rejections based on the findings of fact, conclusions of
law, and rebuttals to arguments expressed by the Examiner in the Answer.
The decision of the Examiner is affirmed.
No time period for taking any subsequent action in connection with this
appeal may be extended under 37 C.F.R. § 1.136(a).
