Pursuant to 35 U.S.C. § 134(a), Appellant seeks reversal of the Examiner's rejection of claims 1-15. We have jurisdiction under 35 U.S.C. § 6(b). For the reasons set forth below, we AFFIRM. BACKGROUND The Specification relates to nail enamel compositions including cyanoacrylate. Spec. 1. Claim 1 is representative: 1. Appeal2015-003437 Application 14/029,582 a film-forming mixture that includes 9-28% nitrocellulose, by weight, in a suitable solvent; an accelerator mixture; from 0.001 %-1 % cyanoacrylate, by weight; and wherein the nail enamel composition is substantially free of graphite fibers. Br. 8 (Claims Appendix).2 REJECTION MAINTAINED ON APPEAL Claims 1-15 stand rejected under 35 U.S.C. § 103(a) as unpatentable over Srulevitch,3 Galante,4 and Calello. 5 Ans. 3. DISCUSSION In rejecting claim 1, the Examiner relies on Srulevitch as teaching a nail composition free from graphite fibers, comprising nitrocellulose (at 12% by weight), one or more compatible solvents, and ethyl acetate. 6 Final • '. ,.....
