Appeal 2009-002664 Application 11/095,118 2 § 112, first paragraph, and the rejection of claims 33 and 34 under 35 U.S.C. § 103(a).” This decision corrects the previous decision as requested by Appellants, but is designated a denial of rehearing to indicate that it makes no substantive change in the outcome of the previous opinion.
