ORDER REMANDING TO EXAMINER
On September 11, 2014, the United States Court of Appeals for the
Federal Circuit rendered judgement in this appeal. The court vacated the
decision of the Patent Trial and Appeal Board and remanded to the Patent
Office. The decision of the court directed the Examiner to revaluate the
prior art based on the court’s claim construction.

Accordingly, this reexamination is remanded to the Examiner for further
proceedings consistent with the holding of the United States Court of
Appeals For The Federal Circuit.
